1 hour
Before: The nail edge has grown into the surrounding skin, the toe is tender to pressure and shoes or bedding make it worse.
After: The offending spike is removed, the sulcus is cleared and dressed, and pressure on the skin is relieved so the toe can settle without the complications an untreated ingrown nail invites.
1 hour
Before: Nails have become thick and difficult to cut at home, catching on socks and lifting the toes inside footwear.
After: Thickness is reduced and the natural nail shape restored, with a personalised care plan so the nails stay manageable between visits.
1 hour
Before: Concentrated pressure points make standing and walking painful, with hardened skin over the ball of the foot or toes.
After: Corns and callus are reduced, pain and pressure ease, and feet are left smooth and comfortable to walk on again.
1 hour
Before: Hardened rims of skin split at the heel margin, which can bleed and open a route to infection.
After: Hardened skin is removed and urea-based moisturising cream applied, restoring smooth, protected skin at the heel.
1 hour
Before: Nails are thickened and discoloured, with the infection spreading between nails over months.
After: The infection is addressed directly and a plan is put in place to prevent recurrence, reviewed at follow-up visits.
30 minutes
Before: Painful lesions on the sole that have resisted over-the-counter preparations, sore under weight.
After: Treatment options, including advanced methods, are discussed at consultation and applied over a planned course of visits.
1 hour
Before: Diabetes raises the risk of nerve damage and poor circulation, which can mask a developing problem entirely.
After: A thorough assessment detects complications early, nails are cut safely to avoid breaks in the skin, and findings are explained with clear onward advice.
45 minutes
Before: Skin has broken down over a bony prominence, often in a client with reduced mobility or spending long periods in bed.
After: Wound care and dressing are carried out by a registered nurse to promote healing and prevent further complications.
1 hour
Before: Sharp pain under the heel on rising, easing through the day and returning after rest.
After: Expert techniques and personalised care reduce the pain and support recovery, with guidance to protect the heel day to day.
