The terms on which Alicegate Foot Health Practice provides home-visit foot health care.
The service
Alicegate Foot Health Practice provides foot health treatment in clients' own homes across Hertfordshire. Treatment is delivered by Nse Murray, a qualified Foot Health Practitioner and registered nurse, who holds professional insurance with Balens Ltd.
Appointments
Appointments are arranged directly by telephone, email or the enquiry form on this website, and are offered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. A request submitted through the website is not confirmed until we have spoken with you and agreed a time.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are the starting prices for each treatment and are quoted before your appointment. Where a foot requires more time or additional treatment than the booked appointment allows, this will be discussed with you before any extra work is carried out. Payment is due at the end of the appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations and access
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, so the time can be offered to another client. Someone must be able to allow the practitioner access to the property at the agreed time, and a suitable, well-lit space with a chair or bed should be available for treatment.
Scope of treatment
Treatment is provided within the scope of practice of a Foot Health Practitioner. Where a condition falls outside that scope, or requires medical or podiatric surgical input, you will be advised to consult your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis or a substitute for medical advice.
Outcomes
Foot conditions vary between individuals and outcomes depend on factors such as underlying health, circulation, footwear and home care. Recurring conditions may require a course of treatment or ongoing review, typically every 6–8 weeks, which will be explained to you honestly at assessment.
